Whoopee! It's time for the third entry in the 2011 Bunny with a Toolbelt Limerick Contest! Here's yet another written by father-daughter team Chris and Iris, who are simply craaaaazy for limericks! This piece was written for the dreamy rainbow doxie. (photographed by Jill Heupel!)

Beautiful blue coat, covered with a cumulous CROWD,
Rainbow stretched wide, he’d make anyone PROUD.
Although, I know one day he’ll DIE
And tears will certainly be in mine EYE
At least ,he’ll then be a dog on a CLOUD

a tale of two doxies

I just received these wonderful images from the wedding ceremony and reception of one of my fabulous customers, who saw my bride and groom dachshunds and ordered a custom set to match her two adorable pups! I really love the picture of the couple with their dogs, but the cake is pretty nice as well. Thanks so much for sending them, Meghan--it really makes me happy that I could be part of your big day, the Bunny with a Toolbelt way!

I have some fun new animals on my Etsy site, which were immediately spotted and posted on the Babygadgets blog. (They did a little bit of creative embellishment on the story of my original bunny suit, but we'll forgive them because it sounds plausible!)
